What we collect, why, with whom and for how long.
Who is responsible
VEYSKAR, [company name · tax ID · address], is the controller of the personal data described here. Data protection officer: privacidade@veyskar.com.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, company and password (stored only as a one-way hash).
- Billing: CPF or CNPJ and payment status, handled with Asaas. We never see or store card numbers.
- Videos you send: kept in private storage for 7 days, then deleted. Faces and license plates are blurred automatically before processing.
- Objects: the generated files, public to whoever has the link or the embed.
- Scene backgrounds you upload.
- Contact form messages.
- Technical data: IP address and a random device identifier, for security and to limit abuse of the free trial.
Why we use it
- To provide the service you signed up for (contract).
- To keep the service secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
- To keep tax and billing records (legal obligation).
- To answer you when you write to us.
No sale of data, no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.
Who processes it with us
- Cloudflare: storage of objects and videos, delivery network and DNS.
- Modal: cloud processing, in the United States.
- Asaas: payments and invoices.
- Hostinger: hosting of the site and the platform.
- Resend: sending emails.
Processing in the United States is an international transfer, made with contractual safeguards as provided in the LGPD.
How long we keep it
- Videos: 7 days.
- Account and objects: while the account exists, plus 30 days after cancellation.
- Billing records: for the period required by tax law.
- Security logs: up to 6 months.
Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18) you can confirm and access your data, correct it, request deletion, portability, information about sharing, and withdraw consent where it applies. Write to us through the contact page or to privacidade@veyskar.com. We reply within 15 days.
Security
Encrypted connections everywhere, passwords stored as hashes, API keys stored as hashes, private storage for videos and access limited to what each part of the system needs.
Children
The service is not intended for people under 18.
Changes
When this policy changes in a relevant way, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
This is a translation. If there is any difference, the Portuguese version prevails.
